This is my third visit to Bashu Primary School. I have always been
welcome as a friend and our welcome this time shows us the depth of
our friendship. We all felt that the visit to the school was spectacular
and very enjoyable.
Having teachers visit us from Bashu school has improved our school
and given us more opportunities for the children. Now that the children
have been able to visit it has made it possible for our children to
understand what a wonderful school Bashu is and what a wonderful place
China is to visit.
Many thanks to our friends for such a wonderful time.
I will take home many wonderful memories of our visit to China and
Bashu primary school, and particularly the marvelous welcome we received
by the staff and children.
It has been a good opportunity to strengthen the friendship of our
two school and to learn from each other we will take home some new
ideas to use at St. Joan of Arc.
The pupils of St Joan of Arc have had many new experiences during
this visit which they, and our staff ,will never forget ,I hope to
have the opportunity to return in the future.
What a beautiful city ChongQing is the river of the buildings and
most of all the people.
Everyone has made us feel so welcome, when we came out of the airport
we were greeted with beautiful flowers, and your kindness and friend
ship has been wonderful. The children in Bashu school are delightful
and so talented.
We are very lucky to have this close, warm friendship ,and we can
learn so much from each other.

From the moment we arrived ,I felt so over-whelmed by the kindness,
warm hearted and friendliness of the people of Chongqing, and the
beautiful children of Bashu primary. I would like to thank the staff
for showing us around, and ensuring our safety and maybe one day in
the future if they visit Liverpool.
I will be able to repay their hospitality.

The visit to China was brilliant the hotel was huge. It had a card
to open the door. We went to Bashu primary. There were lots of children
and hundreds of teachers. We went to the three gorges museum and then
to KFC for lunch.. After lunch we went to another museum all about
China .In the hotel we went swimming then had a meal it was good.
In the room we had a view of the city. We went on a cruise on the
Jia Lin river.
When I found out that I was going to China I was amazed. The best
bit was going to Bashu primary school and I also like the food. I
have had a great time in ChongQing.
